Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our San Francisco headquarters, excluding some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll see if we deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after processing
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after processing
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your premium comfort pieces leave our warehouse. Track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on final sale items marked with an asterisk (*).
How do I initiate a return?
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and items you’d like to return. We’ll provide a return label and instructions. Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns only. For a different size or color, simply place a new order for the item you want and return the original (within our 15-day window).
