Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note:

  • All returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Final sale items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, pajamas & PJ sets, and loungewear & PJs unless they arrive defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn items with original tags in the original packaging if possible. Include your printed RMA form.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For size exchanges on our premium AE77 tops, buttery-soft leggings, or other comfort pieces:

  1. Follow the same return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange
  2. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  3. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • All duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable
  • You’re responsible for any return shipping customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD, which may result in exchange rate differences

Damaged or Defective Items

If your premium comfort piece arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund
