We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) using premium carriers to ensure your comfort pieces arrive safely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after processing
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after processing

International Customers: Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bodysuits
  • Pajamas & PJ Sets
  • Loungewear & PJs

Exceptions are made if these items arrive defective.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For size exchanges on our premium AE77 tops, leggings, or other items:

Return Shipping

International Returns
